Elements of Concern in the Bee Ecosystem.

A lot of the damage being done to the bee population is through insecticides like deltamethrin, permethrin, methamidophos, and Carbaryl. Common components found between those insecticides are Carbon (C), Hydrogen (H), and Nitric oxide (NO). These four insecticides specifically, are highly toxic to bees.

Deltamethrin (C22H19Br2NO3)

Deltamethrin is used on outdoors on lawns, ornamental gardens, and golf courses. This pesticide works by attacking the nervous system muscle spasms, paralysis and death. It works by insects coming in contact or by ingestion.

Permethrin (C21H20Cl2O3)

This pesticide works by attacking the nervous system muscle spasms, paralysis and death. It works by insects coming in contact or by ingestion.

Methamidophos ( C2H8NO2PS)

Methamidophos is a highly toxic pesticide that kills many living organisms other then insect like fish and occasionally birds. It affect the nervous system, causing over-activity in the nerves, muscles, or brain.

Carbaryl ( C12H11NO2)

Carabryl It is commonly used to control aphids, fire ants, fleas, ticks and spiders. when bees eat or touch Carbaryl, it over stimulates their nervous systems causing inability to contract breathing muscles which results in death.
